Native American Natural Foods is located in Kyle, the heart of the Pine Ridge
Indian Reservation in southwestern South Dakota. It is the homeland of the Oglala Lakota people.
We are the decendants of great historic leaders, such as Crazy Horse, Red Cloud, American Horse, Olympic great Billy Mills and many more. Our Lakota people have struggled to protect our land and way of life from Western expansion since we were forced onto the reservation in 1889.
Today, we have more than 35,000 tribal members who are living in one of the most geographically and economically isolated places in America. Native American Natural Foods, with our Tanka line of products, is working hard to build a national brand that is strong enough to improve the diets, economy and lives of our people.
